I'm both the challenged and the challenger. Challenges have caused me to laugh, weep; push harder, push back; give up, give in; try harder, try again. They've made me tougher, softer; stronger, sweeter; more direct and a whole lot calmer. My entire being (spiritual, physical, emotional and mental) has been and is impacted by them. That's why I face life's challenges understanding that once again here comes an opportunity to flex, shift, learn, change, grow, move.
